Description:
Under the direction of the Regional Coordinator, the Master's level Team Leader will manage the day-to-day operations within the region and will be responsible for training team members, setting strategy and monitoring progress towards goals. The Team Leader is responsible for leading the team's service delivery and ensuring the provision of recovery-focused, person-centered care with a trauma-informed perspective.
HIGHLIGHTS
- 5% to 20% of time spent in direct face-to-face contact with residents. 60% to 70% of time should be spent on training, supervision, and administration.
- Ensures the team is following protocol for charting and recording current treatment information for residents (i.e., ongoing documentation of current medications and follow-up appointments).
- Confirms documentation is done on time and with quality to ensure adherence to all DMHAS/Medicaid standards.
- Provides supervision for direct reports and assuring adequate staff coverage and scheduling.
- Rotating weekends on call by phone (added compensation for on call rotation and any outreaches needed).
Full-time | 40 hours per week | Hourly Rate: $28.85 depending on credentials and experience

Requirements:
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or social work.
- Minimum of (2) years experience in a supervisory role.
- The ability to write clear, concise, and accurate billable progress notes.
- Proficient in Excel, MS Office products, as well as general computer literacy.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage crises.
- Exceptional time management skills to be able to support the needs of multiple residents.
- Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills which fosters teamwork.
- Ability to work with individuals with mental illness in a caring and professional manner.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
